Big Bang
Brown Eyed Girls
This is an oldie but a goodie. Pretty sure everybody went ape shit when this track came out, sending it up the charts and making it THE dance of the year.
2PM
I don’t know if it’s the Asian fan girl in me talking but DAYUMMMM I love 2PM. Gotta give it to them for being the fittest band of all time. Look at those arms, what’s not to love?
And it doesn’t hurt that they can sing too.
Super Junior
This band has been around for the longest time and they remain one of Korea’s favourite. Their tracks are always on the chart and sometimes in the top 10 for weeks.
Their selling point? SUPER CATCHY TUNES!
2NE1
This girl group ranks amongst Korea’s finest. They have a massive following and are friends of Jeremy Scott.
2NE1 has the usual Korean girl group make-up of the Queen Bee (CL), the pretty one (Park Bom), the dancer (Minzi) and the sassy one (Dara). Most of the k-pop bands also have this mix but not all come with this level of attitude.
